Newson’s Yard is a former timber yard, built in the nineteenth century on a landlocked site near Sloane Square. 

 

During my time at Grosvenor, I acted as the Project Director with a brilliant professional team to deliver a 37,000 sqft retail and 9-unit residential scheme. My scope included overall leadership of the project, working with Asset Managers to develop the strategy and vision for the Pimlico Road Design District, providing direction through a legal challenge, navigating land assembly, managing the stakeholder consultation, planning, design and handover process.
