I had the privilege of working at Grosvenor during a period of forward-thinking, sustainability-led leadership.

As Project Director, I led several developments—including a Passive house-certified low-energy scheme in Belgravia. I worked with an exceptional team, who combined passive house (or 'passivhaus') principles whilst maintaining design quality.

What is a Passive house?

A globally recognised standard for ultra-low energy buildings, passive house delivers exceptional comfort, air quality, and efficiency. It reduces heating demand by up to 90% through airtight construction, high-performance insulation, and mechanical ventilation.
