Initial 1hr Consultation £200

For those who need a step in the right direction but without full commitment to a more comprehensive service.

A 1hr online consultation to discuss your objectives and help provide you with the information needed to inform your next steps.

Project Initiation Package £650

For those who are just starting to think about a project but don’t know where to start or who to call. They need independent client-centred advice and a step in the right direction.

Deliverables

2 No. 1 hour video calls or 1 No. 1.5hr in person meeting followed by a 30minute virtual presentation.
Half day key document review – assessing the information available and what key information may be needed to inform next steps
An interactive presentation setting out the key next steps

Team Selection Package from £1,150

Details

For those who have an idea of what they want to achieve from a project, but they need someone with expertise to advise on the best team to deliver their key objectives and vision

Deliverables

Project summary & client lifestyle exploration form (understanding priorities and vision)
2 No. 1 hour video calls or 1 No. 1.5hr in person meeting (n.b. The 30minute presentation is virtual)
Half day key document review – assessing the information available and what key additional information may be needed to inform next steps
A presentation setting out what roles are required and a shortlist of recommended companies and professionals to obtain quotes from.

Full Project Management or Client Representation

For those who want the full service and all project phases to be managed by a professional.

I only undertake a maximum of 3 projects at any given time to ensure a high level of service can be maintained for clients.

Price

This varies depending on the specific client requirements, complexity and scale of the project – equivalent of up to 5% of construction costs.
